Online Account Management

  • Is online access secure?
    Our Account Management Portal is secured using the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.  This technology provides safety and security for your transactions by providing robust identification of your portal session. 
  • How can I apply for a credit limit increase?
    In order to apply for a credit limit increase you must be logged into the portal as the Account Signatory.  For more information please contact GreenSky customer service at 1-888-795-6060 or contact us via email at service@greenskycredit.com
  • How do I add an additional cardholder?

Online Payments

  • How do I know if a payment has been posted to my account?
    Click Transaction History link, select the date range and click submit. All posted payments and posted transactions for that date range will be available.
  • You can also mail payment to the following address:

  • How long does it take for a payment to post to my account?
    If you make your payment online you will receive credit for the payment at that time and you will receive no late fees as long as the payment is received prior to midnight on your due date. Payments received after the cut-off time will be posted to your account on the following business day.  To allow for the clearance of funds, your limit will be adjusted two business days following the posting of your payment.

  • How do I redeem reward points?

  • Where can I review my rewards points balance?
    Click on the Cards on Account link; if you have a card with a rewards program you will see the balance titled “points”.
  • What can I get with my rewards points?
    Accountholder in good standing are eligible for Free Airline Tickets, Gift Cards and More! Contact GreenSky for all the possibilities.

Statements

  • How do I view transactions that were made since my last statement?
    Click on the Transaction History link. Enter a begin date and end date and click submit.
  • What is a finance charge and when does it occur?
    A Charge that is applied only to revolving accounts (an account that has not paid their balance in full by the due date). This charge will apply to the entire balance of the revolving account.
  • What is a late fee?
    A late fee is charged to an account that has not made a payment by their due date.
  • How do I dispute a charge?
    Call GreenSky Customer service at 1-888-795-6060

  • What is an annual percentage rate (APR)?
    APR stands for Annual Percentage Rate. This is the annual rate with which we calculate your finance charges. For additional information please view your final disclosure.
  • What is Prime Rate?
    The Prime rate is the highest bank prime loan rate as published in The Wall Street Journal in its Money Rates section on the twenty-fifth (25) business day of the calendar month immediately proceeding the first day of such billing period.
  • What is Minimum Payment Due?
    The minimum amount due is the minimum payment amount you must pay on your credit card bill to avoid a late payment fee.
  • What is available credit?
    Available credit is the amount of open credit you have available.
